Rod J. Moved mini storage in Hercules in December 24. Thought this was a nice well kept storage spot. Hadn't been to my storage in awhile, and early August I came to put something inside my storage which was 75% full, when I opened my storage everything was gone except one box and 5 jackets. I was told oh, we never had that happen, and did let someone use your access code. They told me it was cameras on the halls, but I couldn't find no camera in area of my storage. BEWARE! Dont trust this place. I bought a storage unit and the total cost was over 1200 dollars after 3 dump runs in a big 11 ft by 10 van ! They have me the custimer namr at 1st last name Callins , then when after we cleaned Chris the employeeat the desk told Kisti that we had been done cleaning Serigio Ortegas unit ! Why is he providingfalse statements??? . There was over 70 boxes in that unit and had insulation hanging from the sealing, it was hard to work inside with all that insulation floating in the air. Had a appointment at 2:30pm. Doors locked and no sign. Waited for 30 minutes. Other people waited even longer and no-one showed up. Complete waste of time. Will never trust them again.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Horrible. So much of my stuff has been destroyed. Everything is drenched (literally wet) in rat piss and shit. Then we discovered roaches, we had already brought them home unknowingly last weekend, I didn't discover evidence(droppings) and a live roach until Tuesday!!!! Now I have an infestation to deal with in my brand new home... babies literally hatched last night, we found babies this morning...AND The prices keep going up. I'm going through my things and moving them to a MUCH cheaper location ... read more

There is a rodent infestation going on. There was no communication at all until I notice mouse poop. I think they just don't want no one to know. The ladies in the office said I was the only one affected in my area. but I don't agree with that assessment because when I moved out you can see the trail that they used in the back of the unit going into the other units.

Staff is nice but they have rats that will chew through your entire storage and they will only offer you $500. They will also make you pay the rent before they even send you the money. So you will have to pay even when you find out your stuff is destroyed.

People are nice whenever I call so I give stars for that but I am struggling to pay rent and to pay for storage but I have precious things and no where to put them. If I had the means to move my stuff I would because I found much cheaper places but I am strapped financially right now but they're very overpriced compared to others I have called and I get late fee and don't have an issue with late fees what I DO HAVE an ISSUE WITH and feels like a complete scam is their "California late fee" they call it for $50 I mean I cried... read more

The woman who appears to be the supervisor at the front desk, training a younger girl-was extremely rude. This isn't the first time but today I decided to speak up about it. My stepdad just passed away and I was helping my mom and she had a check to drop off at their office. My mom wanted to change their account contact info and provide her own email address.
