I needed a U-Haul for the day and Brentwood Self Storage as fulfilled my need. The person behind the desk was very friendly. Although the 18-footer that I reserved was not available at that time, she was able to find a solution by offering my their 16-footer which was actually more that enough for my needs. More importantly, there are no extra fees here at Brentwood Self Storage compared to other U-Haul locations nearby.
Kim and Sheldon were so nice and helpful!! It was one of the easiest transactions I've ever done. Everything went smoothly and I ram very pleased.
I was in need for Uhual really badly and very last minute. Kim was such a great help, quick and efficient and so nice!! She made the whole process easy. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a Uhual.
Whomever she is working today(6/6/21), she is rude as fck, been there a couple of times and thought maybe she had a bad day. Naw, this morning lady is flat out rude. I will never take my business there again
Nice and easy. Clean modern facility - I used the U-Haul rental. Kim was friendly, quick and efficient and helped me with a minor Driver License issue. Better than other U-Haul experiences I've had.
Called an hour before our scheduled pick up to tell us the customer had not returned the truck so now we didn't have one. They did try and call other places for us and found one at Rovers end Marina another 20miles from us( charged by the miles). Rivers end was a little cheaper on mileage price, we had to go a truck size up because that's all they had. I would not recommend this place.

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE RENTING A UHAUL! Worst experience ever. They did not have my U-Haul rental ready at the time specified, delaying my move by 2 hours. Staff is rude and unprofessional. There are literally 10 other U-Haul vendors in Oakley, and my advice is to go with one of them if you need to be able to pick up a truck on a specific date/time. 5/4/21 Update: I see the Manager replied, so I'm updating this to point out the perfect example of them not knowing what's going on. I had been a customer for 6 months. I realized my monthly bill had went up so I went in to speak to someone about my unit/billing cycle. Kim who is the manager was rude and unprofessional. She has no customer service skills and seemed to not want to help me. I asked her if there was any specials going on for the month if I down sized units. We used Brentwood Self Storage to rent U-Haul's on two occasions. Both time's the staff was friendly and informative, the office was clean and organized, and we were able to pick up some last minute moving supplies. The trucks were clean, gassed up and were available at the time promised. I would highly recommend them based on friendly, courteous staff alone.
