Shiva gave me an excellent quote and the work was done in a timely manner. our 2010 Honda needed the front wheel bearings replaced and they worked with me to make it affordable. The car is quiet and smooth again.

Brought my car in for a myriad of issues. Team was incredibly thorough and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Love the reports that come through with pictures. I stop by the shop to see if they have a forward sprag clutch I can buy. For my 2005 astro van I call all round for parts no store has it. Was just hoping for a little luck that this shop would. Went inside and ask the guy their and just what I was hoping for the mechanic handed the parts to me. I ask how much you want for it. They said take it you can have it. I'm not that type of person that leaves reviews. The last review I gave was 4 years ago. Stress Free replaced my transmission about 800 miles ago. My disappointment with them only reflects the service I got not the quality of the repair . I have 3 issues with the service I received: 1) Texting is their preferred way of communication and I understand how convenient texting can be. We had our car towed here because we thought we had a transmission problem. Intake was pretty smooth however after asking for my phone number I was never informed that the only form of communication I would receive about my vehicle was text. I get it a lot of folks prefer this but when I get a large repair bill via text it is frustrating and overwhelming and the lack of recognition by this company that some things just require personal touch is astounding.
