I made an appointment for a multi-point digital inspection. I wanted to make sure if anything needed to be replaced. Initial basic inspection which are the exterior lights passed. Under hood engine oil, transmission & brake fluids. Battery & brakes is good. All suspension components is all good. There's more the the inspection that I did not list but everything passed. Thursday January 26 I went in to Stress Free Auto Care and initiated my appointment with Jon Franco the General Manager, who is both professional and friendly. I like the shop and I am sure the peaceful interior is part of the reason. Charles worked on my car again and I like how he listens to my concerns. He is good at his job. I took my Chrysler town and country here after it was having issues . This place really surpassed my expectations with easy to make appointment, fast service, and pictures of all items being replaced sent in a easy to view text message even had a 24 7 camera view of your car being serviced. My car was only in the shop for 24 hours and back home driving great I have no complaints ! Will definitely return.

Reverse Gear stopped working so I called Stress free auto care about it and luckily they were able to take it same day. I brought my 2003 Zo6 Corvette in for a diagnosis and estimate. The GM Jon was there working at the front desk and was very helpful with getting my car in to be looked at. To repair an oil leak, they replaced the head gasket (which is expensive - $500 - because they have to remove the engine head to replace the gasket, and that's complicated -- I had it done years ago on another car, and it was the same thing). They did a good job and kept me informed by email messages at every step of the way - including pictures of the things they were checking and repairing. I had a problem shifting out of 4wd back to 2wd. It was the first time it had even been moved into 4wd. I took it to 2 mechanics, they said I needed a transmission guy. I went to this transmission shop that is now stress-free auto care. If I knew they weren't even a tranny shop, I would've left then. Don't waste your time and money , I was told my car will be ready in 1 week, it took them 4 weeks to repair it ,after when it's was ready, he was agrassive with me because I didn't pick my car one day before, their text system doesn't work, after one week my car had other problems I take back he was not happy at all, Save your stress then I find out they intall a license cover to advertise them self on my car also the person on the desk try to be professional .
