I had a very pleasant experience with Stress-Free Auto Care in Castro Valley. I had the transmission fluid replaced on my Toyota Tundra. Their price was reasonable and they performed the work quickly. They also provided me with a ride from their shop to my home.

First time customer. Excellent, honest customer service. Very friendly, Shiva helped me and was very transparent. I will l definitely be back to have the rest of work that needs to be done on my vehicle. Rating at a 4 for now, in the case I have to take my vehicle back for any mishaps, I will see how they respond. Already referred 3 people to the shop!

very impressed with the professional service and attention to their customer service. Shiva was kind enough to reschedule my appointment and squeeze me in the same day I called to reschedule. Came here for an impromptu oil change when I saw my light go on. They were accommodating and were able to fit me in the same day! From start to finish there was excellent customer service. I'm really happy to have car service that I trust. The waiting room has chargers and it's right across from Trader Joe's if you want to kill time during service.

This place is the shit! I used to go here and seemed kind of messy and unorganized, but the manager now has really cleaned it up. I think his name is Shiva, he definitely takes care of you. He has made me want to keep coming back. Good vibe, good work, literally stress free.

finding an independent shop that works on V8 engines and will change trans fluid has been a task. I found stress free auto and had that and a couple other things done while I waited and all seems to have been great. very happy and do recommend them. and I plan to continue using them. They're friendly and had drinks and snacks as well as stores across the street. I'm very happy

Great service! I'm a first time customer and hate going to any mechanics, but they made it so seamless and easy throughout the whole process. Drop off and pick up was very smooth, got an oil change and it was a very good price. It took a couple hours which is as expected, I live close by so it was very convenient. Will be coming back for future services
