I took my car in recently for a routine check-up and was provided with a courtesy full and thorough inspection. Luckily, my car was in great shape and didn't need service however, if in the future I need service I will definitely return to Stress Free Auto Care. I had a great experience at Keith's Transmission Stress Free Auto Shop. Shiva was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Honest, to the point communicates well. This car has turned out to be a lost cause but any future issues with my new one I will be going to them for services

I have a 2012 Nissan Cube that was worse for wear. When a family member needed a car we were faced with the decision of fixing the Cube or buying a used car. Which is and arm and a leg these days. Shiva gave me an excellent quote and the work was done in a timely manner. our 2010 Honda needed the front wheel bearings replaced and they worked with me to make it affordable. The car is quiet and smooth again.

Brought my car in for a myriad of issues. Team was incredibly thorough and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Love the reports that come through with pictures. I stop by the shop to see if they have a forward sprag clutch I can buy. For my 2005 astro van I call all round for parts no store has it. Was just hoping for a little luck that this shop would. Went inside and ask the guy their and just what I was hoping for the mechanic handed the parts to me. I ask how much you want for it. They said take it you can have it. I'm not that type of person that leaves reviews. The last review I gave was 4 years ago. Stress Free replaced my transmission about 800 miles ago. My disappointment with them only reflects the service I got not the quality of the repair . I have 3 issues with the service I received: 1) Texting is their preferred way of communication and I understand how convenient texting can be. However personal conversation on a phone is sometimes much easier to explain issues. I feel they don't understand how important this personal touch... read more
