Very polite & nice staff. Able to get an appointment within 1 day of calling. Service was quick (oil change) and they did a complimentary auto inspection and filled my windshield wiper fluid too. Location (in Castro Valley) convenient. Would recommend looking on-line to get coupons, which is what I will do next time!

I got an oil change with an appointment I set up online the day before. Super quick and easy, simple and clean lounge, and straight-forward/transparent customer service. I liked the notifications I received through text and email to let me know when the work on my car started and finished as well as a report with detailed explanations and pictures that showed me things that were good, needed future attention, and needed urgent attention. This was truly a stress free experience! I've been taking my car to Toyota in Hayward and have had terrible experiences there. These guys get it. Great communication, great price and great quality of work. I avoid mechanics, do all my own maintenance/repairs for 40 yrs, but was very pleased with the service they provided (for something I just could not do).

Quickly fixed my driver-side power window malfunction within a just few hours even though I first contacted them in the morning of that day. I had a very pleasant experience with Stress-Free Auto Care in Castro Valley. I had the transmission fluid replaced on my Toyota Tundra. Their price was reasonable and they performed the work quickly. They also provided me with a ride from their shop to my home.

First time customer. Excellent, honest customer service. Very friendly, Shiva helped me and was very transparent. I will l definitely be back to have the rest of work that needs to be done on my vehicle. Rating at a 4 for now, in the case I have to take my vehicle back for any mishaps, I will see how they respond. Already referred 3 people to the shop!
