I'm so glad I found this place to take my vehicle to! I needed to replace the power transfer unit (PTU), and they did an excellent job for a fair price. As a side note, the dealership gave me a higher quote for no reason. Highly recommend this place. Thank you, Stress-Free Auto Care team for all that you do!

Honest, reliable work at a reasonable price. Jon at the front desk is always incredibly helpful and straightforward--and the quality of the work from the technicians is top notch with a timely turnaround for even major repairs. They helped me bring my vehicle back up to dealership standards and extend its life for sure. I highly recommend Stress-free auto to anyone!

I make online schedule appointment for my audi q5at stress free auto care in Castro valley on 6th March to replace rear break pads and roters ,Service writer Mr. Jonathan Franco called me around 430PM that after doing the digital inspection of my car that I dont needs replacement of pads and roters at this time,I will let my family and friends to take their vehicles to stress free auto care in Castro Valley,they updated with text massage or email if any other problem in your vehicle.

I made an appointment for a multi-point digital inspection. I wanted to make sure if anything needed to be replaced. Initial basic inspection which are the exterior lights passed. Under hood engine oil, transmission & brake fluids. Battery & brakes is good. All suspension components is all good. There's more the the inspection that I did not list but everything passed. Thursday January 26 I went in to Stress Free Auto Care and initiated my appointment with Jon Franco the General Manager, who is both professional and friendly. I like the shop and I am sure the peaceful interior is part of the reason. Charles worked on my car again and I like how he listens to my concerns. He is good at his job. I took my Chrysler town and country here after it was having issues . This place really surpassed my expectations with easy to make appointment, fast service, and pictures of all items being replaced sent in a easy to view text message even had a 24 7 camera view of your car being serviced. My car was only in the shop for 24 hours and back home driving great I have no complaints ! Will definitely return.

Reverse Gear stopped working so I called Stress free auto care about it and luckily they were able to take it same day. I brought my 2003 Zo6 Corvette in for a diagnosis and estimate. The GM Jon was there working at the front desk and was very helpful with getting my car in to be looked at.
