We had our car towed here because we thought we had a transmission problem. Intake was pretty smooth however after asking for my phone number I was never informed that the only form of communication I would receive about my vehicle was text. I get it a lot of folks prefer this but when I get a large repair bill via text it is frustrating and overwhelming and the lack of recognition by this company that some things just require personal touch is astounding. This company conned me so bad! Tried to seriously charge me another 1,200 for a coolant leak after they didn't fix it the first time and charged me 2,400. I took my car to Ace Auto on mission and it's 90 for the part and 220 for labor. Stress free auto care are some crooks. I'll never go back here or recommend this place to anyone .

Name is legit. I hit a median and was told needed to spend $6k+ to replace my transmission. After servicing as much as I was comfortable with on my own, making tons of calls, and towing my car all around the state (lol), I was ready to give in and spend that $6k. I set up an apt with Jon and his team for a Wednesday (29) morning diagnostic and an estimated 1-1.5 weeks for full transmission replacement. I'm so glad I found this place to take my vehicle to! I needed to replace the power transfer unit (PTU), and they did an excellent job for a fair price.
