Amazing service. The repair took longer than expected, no fault to them but Jon kept me updated during the whole process and is very quick to respond when i had questions. Couldn't be happier with the service and repair. Thank you.
Business response:
Thanks Amanda, we are very happy to hear that we exceeded your expectations. Glad to have you back on the road safely
Jon thank you for the great service got to the point of what my dodge needed. Very professional and helpful also the up to date process with live videos on your phone on what they are working on thank you.
Business response:
Thank you Ammo, we appreciate you and your kind words. We are very glad to hear you left satisfied!
Where do I begin? I genuinely wanted to like this place because I had read several positive reviews, and my initial experience with the staff and customer service was pleasant. I brought my car in because it wasn't driving the way it normally does. They kept the vehicle for a day and contacted me the following day to recommend replacing the transmission. The estimate was approximately $9,800, which was far beyond what I expected--and, quite frankly, extremely concerning. My vehicle is not yet six years old, and I have cons... read more
My girlfriend brought her car in for gear-shifting jerks and was quoted $9,000 for repairs. Skeptical, I had her take it elsewhere. A second mechanic diagnosed the issue and fixed it for $680 by replacing the spark plugs and ignition coils. Either their diagnostic team is grossly incompetent, or they were trying to take advantage of her. Either way, get a second opinion before paying them a dime.
Long time customer with a serious concern to share. April 2025: Paid $549 for belt and tensioner replacement (Invoice #73490). April 2026: Car wouldn't start. Shop diagnosed a leaking oil filter housing gasket that their own technician documented was dripping oil directly onto the belt, tensioner, and alternator -- destroying the belt replaced just 12 months prior. Paid $3,815.03 (Invoice #75373) for repairs. Their own tech notes stated affected components should be thoroughly cleaned. This was not done. Check engine lig... read more
Make sure when you put your car in and they put it on the diagnostic machine when they send you the paper to approve work make sure it's the problem that you be fixed not something else and when you get there, then they tell you what the real problem is after you pay for the problem they that wasn't the problem
Business response:
Sorry you had this experience, Trina. We understand how frustrating it is to feel like the issue changed after you had already approved work, and we can see why that would leave you upset and confused. From what we understand, your vehicle came in for a noise concern, and after the initial inspection and first repair step, additional inspection pointed to another source of the noise. Even when that happens as part of the diagnostic process, we know it can feel like the communication was not clear, and that is not the experi... read more
I picked up a nail in the middle of my front right tire (plenty of tread still on tire) and the guy on the phone said I had to make an appointment to go to the shop so I did. I told him I took the tire off and will be coming down with just the tire. When I got to the shop the workers said they can't patch my tire bc they needed to do a routine car inspection if I want the tire fix. Ended up leaving because they didn't want to fix my tire unless the vehicle was there. They might do good work but obviously want to make as much... read more

Hi Kevin, sorry you had this experience. We can understand how frustrating it must have been to make an appointment, bring the tire in, and then find out we weren’t able to help in the way you expected. It sounds like we did not do a good job clearly explaining our process ahead of time. At this location, we’re not able to perform tire repair on a loose wheel, and we can see how that should have been communicated much more clearly before you made the trip. We never want anyone to feel like they’re being upsold or inconvenie... read more
Stress-Free Auto Care quoted me $4,322 for a clutch and flywheel replacement on a 2005 Honda Accord. I called three other shops in the area -- all quoted approximately $3,000 for the same job. When I asked the manager to justify the price difference, they wouldn't. Other mechanics I spoke with confirmed the labor hours were significantly inflated. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any work here. I won't be returning. I will be editing the review later with documented proof once I get a s... read more
Business response:
Sorry you had this experience, Thomas. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a repair estimate that feels much higher than expected, especially after taking the time to compare prices with other shops. Our team did identify significant clutch-related damage during the inspection, and the estimate was based on the condition we observed at the time, including the related components our team believed were necessary to address. That said, we never want anyone to leave feeling like their questions weren’t answered clear... read more
I really wanted to have a positive experience with Stress-Free Auto Care because my first impression was great. Everyone was friendly, professional, and they strongly emphasized communication and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience ended up being the complete opposite. From the beginning, I often had to call for updates myself despite being told I would receive calls and texts regarding my vehicle. On multiple occasions, I was told someone would contact me, only to hear nothing and have to follow up myself. The first ... read more

Sorry you had this experience, Debora. We can understand why this left you feeling frustrated and unable to trust what you were being told. What you described about having to chase updates, making a trip to pick up your vehicle when it was not actually ready, and then having to revisit the agreed discount is not the kind of experience we want anyone to have. We also understand your concerns about the repair process, the warning lights returning, and the differences you felt you were seeing between inspections and recommenda... read more
