I brought my car into Stress-Free Auto Care for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Instead, I was told I had an oil leak and that my front lower control arm bushings were torn and needed replacement. My car only had 37,000 miles on it, so I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being taken for a ride. Called to get a quote for low tire pressure light is on. Was told the vehicle needs to diagnose and fee is $123 which is already 50% off. The place is a scam

I never posted negative comments online for any business. I had to say every thing has its first. This is truly a very crooked place. They accepted my Yelp oil change/tire rotation request via email on Tue. (5/20/2025). A lady called me very next day and confirmed an appointment on Friday. During the phone conversation, she was offering so many other unrelated services that made me very uncomfortable already. Called in asked for a quote. Was told that the vehicle must be diagnosed and the diagnosis fee would be a flat rate of $245. I then asked if the diagnosis fee would be credited towards the job itself and I was told that it would not. Lastly, I inquired about their hourly repair fee and the representative reiterated that the HOURLY RATE IS $245 AN HOUR! Don't waste your time going to a shop that isn't aligned with the fair market repair rates.

Hello, I have has good customer service from Stress-Free Auto. I was a bit cautious after they bought Emerald Auto. Fortunately, Rebecca is still there. She is super knowledgeable and friendly. I like the texting option that they offer as well. I would recommend Stress-Free Auto for your auto needs.
