Called in asked for a quote. Was told that the vehicle must be diagnosed and the diagnosis fee would be a flat rate of $245. I then asked if the diagnosis fee would be credited towards the job itself and I was told that it would not. Lastly, I inquired about their hourly repair fee and the representative reiterated that the HOURLY RATE IS $245 AN HOUR! Don't waste your time going to a shop that isn't aligned with the fair market repair rates.
Hello, I have has good customer service from Stress-Free Auto. I was a bit cautious after they bought Emerald Auto. Fortunately, Rebecca is still there. She is super knowledgeable and friendly. I like the texting option that they offer as well. I would recommend Stress-Free Auto for your auto needs.
