Open on Saturdays, easy self scheduling, applied seasonal specials &/or discounts w/o being asked, quick turnaround with consideration customer convenience. Excellent status updates. Great staff, worked as a team.

They are open in Sundays, facilities are clean, were able to see me right away and are able to manage European cars (Porsche). Will return for future services. I like that you are able to schedule online, call, and text - makes communicating easier

Matt was the Service Advisor with help from Troy and Robert in booking an appointment. Stress Free was able to squeeze me in for routine maintenance on the fuel system. Communication was excellent through text and email on the day of the repair. No hidden fees and the service was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place for the excellent customer service, communication, and automotive work.

I will always LOVE this place. I went here back before they changed to Stress Free Auto. And since they changed over the service just has gotten better. Rebecca at the front desk is a GEM, she always has a great attitude and amazing customer service etiquette. I honestly enjoy getting to interact with her even though getting car service done isn't a joyful activity. The Third Time is the charm. I have a 14-year-old Mini and over the years a lot of little things have become big things. I initially had engine overheating warnings and brought it SFAC for assessment and repair. I was pleased with the way they handled things and the full transparency of the process. About a week and a half ago, the same service light came back on and I promptly brought the car back for a second look. Incredibly nice staff and owner - replaced my windshield wiper fluid incredibly fast. Very professional as well. Absolutely can't emphasize enough how friendly they were and it's really great to have an honest local place in such a convenient location! Really amazing local shop and I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs!

Not overcrowded; everyone was super-nice and accommodating; an appointment was readily available; they honored the appointment and installed the new tires promptly & (MOST IMPORTANT) properly; the technicians treated my 50-year-old car with care & respect; Reasonable charges, no "upselling."
