This was my second experience with Stress-Free Auto, and once again, they exceeded expectations. During my initial visit, I brought in my Honda Accord after a dealership recommended a costly service. Great service on purchasing and installing a new car battery. Everything was done within 30 mins. They provided text alerts on the vehicle status. Labor cost was a bit on the higher side ($140 for battery installation) but I was happy with the service timing, information provided on the options and quality.

What a great experience at Stress Free on Geary! The day before I contacted to get a quote for a factory service and received an estimate within minutes. Was great having an idea how much before I came in. Quickly made my appointment online - super easy! Dropped my car off and received texts when they began working on car. The service and attention was great. I've never experienced this with any other car repair garage.. I will also mention that it took me longer to pick up my prescription then it did for them to do the work on my car.

Easy to schedule, timely updates and comprehensive report with images are sent to your email so you have the record easily accessible, and technician Robert was very friendly and helpful. They suggested some repairs but were not pushy and provided estimates to assist when I'm shopping around. Will be back!

I like when students give me barber cuts because they learn from that experience. The Institute is wonderful place especially for older people on a budget.
