The employees are always very helpful and friendly, as they try to ensure they are creating an stress-free environment for their customers. The services are always in a relatively timely manner and are not outrageous when it comes to pricing. I was able to get the service I needed done and did not have to wait too long. It was my second time going and I was satisfied the same as the first time.

I had a very positive experience with them. I have an old car, which is not their wheelhouse, but they helped and taught me a few things. Update: I started bringing another car and continue to get superlative service from their sales writers and technicians. They are also great about referrals and advice on purchasing a new vehicle.

I needed to get my Honda in quickly and was able to schedule a next day appointment. The service was thorough and I was really impressed with the ongoing communication that I received as they worked on my car. I felt they went above and beyond in trying to help me with my service needs.

Excellent work, honest and timely. Highly recommend. They take good care of my car, have live videos of work being done to my car and figured out my trunk needed a special BMW latch. I've used them a few years now and highly recommend their work, honesty and great communication.

My daughters 2019 Challenger gave her a high water temperature warning. She parked the car, went to work by bus and called me. I called a few shops for an estimate to check the coolant system. Out of 3, Stress Free was the most reasonably priced as well as being able to take the car in for service. Rebecca at the shop was informative of the process keeping us informed of what to expect. I was driving through SF heading to Oregon when I heard a noise that was clearly a wheel bearing that needed to replaced BADLY! Stress free to the rescue! They got the job in very quickly for me and Rebecca was great in helping get the car repaired by the next day so I could continue my trip! I feel the pricing is very fair esp for the area and I particularly like it that they sent me a Lyft to come get me from the hotel after my car was finished getting worked on!
