I got an oil change here and had a great experience. It was easy to book an appointment online and they had good availability. I also like that you get an inspection report afterwards. Excellent customer service. Would definitely go back.
The service to my very old BMW 325i is always excellent, when they need an actual BMW part they get it, customer service is also excellent, they are honest and I know I will continue to use Stress-Free/Emeral Auto for a long time.

I called to make an appointment and was quoted a price. 20 minutes later they said that the quote had not included labor (it was explicitly included). The following day they texted and said that the battery in their manual had the wrong parts number and it didn't fit. They said they had ordered a more expensive one that may or may not fit. I brought my car into Stress-Free Auto Care for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Called to get a quote for low tire pressure light is on. Was told the vehicle needs to diagnose and fee is $123 which is already 50% off. The place is a scam

I never posted negative comments online for any business. I had to say every thing has its first. This is truly a very crooked place. They accepted my Yelp oil change/tire rotation request via email on Tue. (5/20/2025). A lady called me very next day and confirmed an appointment on Friday. During the phone conversation, she was offering so many other unrelated services that made me very uncomfortable already.
