Was recommended this place by a friend when our car started making concerning noises and needed to be towed to a shop the following morning. Rebecca was very kind in allowing us to have it towed there and held until they could take a look at it. She kept us updated at all times and was incredibly honest with what services needed to be done -- it's clear that getting the most money out of people is not their priority, which is often hard to find. Everything went well! I was able to move up a scheduled appt for new tires with installation & alignment -- to Christmas Eve day -- due to getting a flat on 12/21/24. They were able to get me safely back on the road so I could drive to be with family on Christmas Day! And at a competitive price. Also, they were able to complete a digital vehicle inspection. I got an oil change here and had a great experience. It was easy to book an appointment online and they had good availability. I also like that you get an inspection report afterwards. Excellent customer service. Would definitely go back.
The service to my very old BMW 325i is always excellent, when they need an actual BMW part they get it, customer service is also excellent, they are honest and I know I will continue to use Stress-Free/Emeral Auto for a long time.

Work order # 230623 and how does that change your lack of quality and the up-charging and fraud your shop engages in. Let's be real you scam customers. Your business model is taking advantage of folks who trust you and that is so dishonest

I called to make an appointment and was quoted a price. 20 minutes later they said that the quote had not included labor (it was explicitly included). The following day they texted and said that the battery in their manual had the wrong parts number and it didn't fit. They said they had ordered a more expensive one that may or may not fit. I brought my car into Stress-Free Auto Care for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Instead, I was told I had an oil leak and that my front lower control arm bushings were torn and needed replacement.
