Made a last minute appointment for Sunday at 830am due to low tire pressure. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they were. I loved that after I checked my car in and told them my issue they went right to work. The person doing the service was not only thorough but they did a free multi point inspection along with figuring out if I had a nail in my tire (which I did). Stress-Free is great! They do great work, are super clear with communication, and are generous with their time and service. Glad to have a solid, trustworthy place to bring my car in the city.
They're great about starting with the basics and being comprehensive at the same time. Case: I brought my car in for what I thought was an oil leak. SFAC started with that as well as a complimentary multipoint inspection, and they found my rear brakes were down to nothing. They gave me a full list of EVERYTHING that needed work, in order of urgency. Result: they caught something critical in the course of normal due diligence; safer car, no surprises! Thank you, guys!
