I got an oil change here and had a great experience. It was easy to book an appointment online and they had good availability. I also like that you get an inspection report afterwards. Excellent customer service. Would definitely go back.
The first impression I had of this business was positive. The staff was very pleasant, and the price for an oil change was reasonable, although I think the inspection should've included the brakes, but I had to pay extra for the break evaluation. The big problem was what came next. The technicians scanned my automobile and came up with many different problems --some large, some small. I came to Stress-Free Auto Care because my front brakes were grinding and making a scraping/whining noise at low speeds, especially when reversing. I was told OEM brakes would be installed so they would be quiet. The invoice did not identify the brake-pad or rotor brand/part numbers, and the noise never went away. When I returned for what I understood to be a warranty inspection, the mechanic did hear and acknowledge the noise. Says free digital inspection but when you call they say you need to do an oil change or some kind of service. False advertising. Bad start...

Work order # 230623 and how does that change your lack of quality and the up-charging and fraud your shop engages in. Let's be real you scam customers. Your business model is taking advantage of folks who trust you and that is so dishonest

I called to make an appointment and was quoted a price. 20 minutes later they said that the quote had not included labor (it was explicitly included). The following day they texted and said that the battery in their manual had the wrong parts number and it didn't fit. They said they had ordered a more expensive one that may or may not fit. I miss the Irish gentleman who used to run this place. Very decent prices, and zero surprises. The only surprise I would get was that he would say I don't need something done. My salute to the old school mechanics! Moving on.....
