Easy, helpful, very professional, no BS. They inspected & diagnosed my car's issue and advised on next steps-- even explaining how I should contact my insurance and Toyota dealer or other hybrid car specialist. No upselling or overcharging

I've switched to stress free from the other shops I used to go to not only because they are close but mainly because they are very organized, professional, competent and quick. I think their prices are really fair as well and I don't feel like they try to push services on me that I don't need.

Though my first experience at Stress-Free Auto wasn't great, I now think that was a just a bad fluke... the owner responded to my concerns immediately, refunded me, AND gave me my next oil change and tire rotation on the house. Amazing customer service! Then a few days ago, my check engine light came on on my way to work. I called Stress-Free and they were able to get me in IMMEDIATELY and had me on my way with a replacement oxygen sensor just a few hours later. Communication and courtesy were top notch throughout. The service was great! Friendly service with a smile Whenever there was anything done to my vehicle, I was messaged with pictures on exactly what was gonna be done to my vehicle and where the mechanic was in the process. Such a breathe of fresh air! It really was stress free!! And it was a couple of hundred dollars less than originally was Quoted! Thankyou so much. Great service and considerate employee. Rebecca kept me posted and always asked for my consent before completing the work on my Subaru. Stress-Free Auto is where I go now for all my auto need.

Great service on purchasing and installing a new car battery. Everything was done within 30 mins. They provided text alerts on the vehicle status. Labor cost was a bit on the higher side ($140 for battery installation) but I was happy with the service timing, information provided on the options and quality.

What a great experience at Stress Free on Geary! The day before I contacted to get a quote for a factory service and received an estimate within minutes. Was great having an idea how much before I came in. Quickly made my appointment online - super easy! Dropped my car off and received texts when they began working on car.
