Haha requested a quote on yelp for rear brake pads replacement. The amount end up to be $350-400 for my Toyota Corolla. Then why don't I just replace it at dealership for similar price.

A few hiccups but overall a good experience. We came in because there was an unknown loud noise while driving at a high speed. The mechanic went on a test drive with us and was able to diagnose the issue within just a few minutes which was great. The initial estimate provided was detailed and clear. Adjusting my previous review to 5 stars because even though the service I received from the shop was poor, the owner's response and desire to make things right was above and beyond. It clearly didn't sit right with him that I left unsatisfied, and he issued me a refund, said my next oil change would be on the house, and even offered to fully clean my car inside and out. Had my alternator replaced here! Like most shops they did try to upsell me a bit but they were honest when i asked questions about what was really necessary. They had a really easy texting system for handling all comms. Was done very quickly!
I had the best experience getting an oil change at Stress-Free auto care. Drop off was easy, and Rebecca was super helpful in outlining what to expect and making sure I was comfortable with the inspection. OK so I have already submitted repeat a review but it's not appearing and I'm still getting text from stress-free asking me to submit a review. I bought my car in on a Saturday to have the source of some misfires tracked. Although their technicians were unable to determine what was causing the misfire, the vibe at the shop is good and I'll be back. By the way, my car hasn't misfired since I took it there so they must've done something.

They are a 5 star business. I recommend this shop to anyone. Rebecca, Loren and I sadly can't remember the fellow who ordered me a new headlight are always happy to help. They offer no surprises and communicate so that you feel like you are the only customer in the shop.
