Team kept clear communication, very friendly. If they can't complete a certain service they have connections with other auto shops to recommend.

Stress-Free auto care provided such an exceptional service giving me a total transparency & thorough detail what it has been done on my car, from the beginning to the end. I truly appreciated it. In my opinion, even SF Toyota did not provide me such a detail service including checking my car from top to bottom "texting me pictures" proving they did the jobs instead of a list of check marks on a piece of paper like any other shop. Love the shop!

Once I arrived, I was greeted by Miguel and Robert, who were both friendly and genuinely professional. The shop has a neat feature where you can monitor your vehicle's repair progress on a board so you're never left wondering what's happening

Efficient, gave us updates and the status of the repair via text messages so we know what's going on, they finish all the works in a timely manner, staff are friendly and professional

I have been bringing my cars here for several years now. My latest experience was a mechanical diagnostic after my car was stolen and recovered. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and communicate well. They coordinated repairs with Lockworld next door on my behalf which was so convenient. With a previous car which had a lot of issues, they were honest about what work needed to be done and what could wait (or wasn't worth doing). Easy scheduling system and they help out with Lyft cost to/from the shop. Recommend!

First time customer and I will definitely be returning! Made an appt online and was contacted on a SUNDAY asking if I wanted to come in then. YES! Needed a headlight replaced so not a big deal. Every step of the process was smooth and efficient. I was able to communicate via text - all costs were shared up front. Dropped off my car and was told it would be ready in 20min, which it was. I really appreciated the text updates too. Service was professional and friendly. I will be coming back! Thanks Stress-Free!

Service was impeccable and even more comprehensive than I expected. Rebecca was particularly helpful with describing the process. The extra diagnostics that came with my oil change explained (with actual photos!) my vehicle's recent quirks and revealed a few urgent problems that I was grateful to hear about and for which I will return to get remedied.

I'm happy with my new auto-care professionals. They are well-staffed, open on weekends, and very good at progress reports and cost estimates. I needed machine diagnostics, and Rebecca at the front desk is both knowledgeable and an excellent communicator.
