First time customer and I will definitely be returning! Made an appt online and was contacted on a SUNDAY asking if I wanted to come in then. YES! Needed a headlight replaced so not a big deal. Every step of the process was smooth and efficient. I was able to communicate via text - all costs were shared up front. Dropped off my car and was told it would be ready in 20min, which it was. Service was impeccable and even more comprehensive than I expected. Rebecca was particularly helpful with describing the process. The extra diagnostics that came with my oil change explained (with actual photos!) my vehicle's recent quirks and revealed a few urgent problems that I was grateful to hear about and for which I will return to get remedied.
I'm happy with my new auto-care professionals. They are well-staffed, open on weekends, and very good at progress reports and cost estimates. I needed machine diagnostics, and Rebecca at the front desk is both knowledgeable and an excellent communicator.

Although no experience is ever perfect, I appreciate the effort that this business evokes to the repair of my vehicle. The employees were knowledgeable and explained these problems clearly. The repair took a little longer than expected, but the results were firm. I would consider a return for future work.
The technicians here provide exceptional service. The reason for this visit was to get a wheel alignment and find out what was causing the whirling noise. We've had our minivan for many years, but It truly feels like I'm driving a new vehicle now! Thanks for taking care of the problem, it was totally stress free.
