I recently left a negative, one star, review of this business that has somehow been removed. My experience with these folks goes back several years since they bought out the previous shop that was there for years and had serviced my vehicles for a long time. At first, they seemed to be run well, and I spent thousands for various repairs over time. They weren't great. They tried to overcharge me for a part by hundreds of dollars. When I showed them the price of the part online, they said that they can't price match and I can't bring my own part in.

My relationship with stress free started off well. They seemed to actually care about taking care of your car while give you peace of mind. That quickly changed once I needed to return for my car for additional service. So if you have something that's not too serious this is a good place, and they are able to fix the problem the first time you're good. Otherwise good luck getting any real help. Called to request a diagnostic quote for a check-engine light, and while they did say they could get me in the same day, they quoted me $273!!!!!! I told him, no thanks! Other garages were quoting $150. He then said - oh, we have a 50% off coupon. No thanks. If you try to high ball me and then try to give me a 50% off coupon like you're doing me a favor when you can't weasel a whopping $273 out of me because I'm none the wiser, I already don't trust you.

I am not normally in the habit of leaving poor reviews but I felt driven to this due to the frustration and lack of remorse or urgency on the part of Stress-Free Auto Care. Took my car in 2 times they replaced my front brakes drove for a week made loud noises so I took it back they refunded my brakes and put brand new rotors and brake pads worked for a few weeks went back to the noise. Terrible service will never go back do not recommend this place.

The first guy that I met here provided super service. Now that guy is gone and looks like they hired a person as manager, who cannot service the car at appointment time and who cannot price match what they offered in their yelp message.
