Went for my 40k scheduled maintenance . They performed the service, no problems and much less expensive than taking it to the dealer.

I really had a very good experience. Steve and Eric seemed upfront and honest, and I appreciated them taking pictures of things to show me. I would definitely go back to them again and highly recommend them to anybody looking for replacement for their auto service.

Messed up my vehicle then gave me terrible service even after recommending them to others (after the mechanics botched the repair that was to be made). I brought my tacoma in about 6 months ago. When I got it back the alignment was so bad that it would have worn through my new tires in a few months. I was asked to drive my vehicle from Fremont to San Jose to get the service that should have already been completed and quality checked internally. This was my first time, it won't be my last. I came in for a routine oil change. I was able to make the appointment online, I was kept up to date via text about the process and it all moved pretty quickly. I really appreciate the videos taken to talk through the car health and what was needed to be fixed. I look forward to heading back and working the guys again. I am a disabled veteran from Philadelphia pa. I came to Fremont California to work at the Palo alto va hospital. Well my car 2017 Lincoln MKZ needed work done on the lower control arm and my hood latch was broken I couldn't open my hood.
