I was quoted $1,036.06 total including sales tax to have the starter in my 2013 Mazda 3 replaced. Parts is $583.20 (DENSO Starter Mortor), and labor is $396.00. The car has 118,000 miles, is a standard automatic. I feel this is expensive considering I am only fixing the car so I can sell it right away which I mentioned. I appreciate the email quote the next day from James but I feel the price is significantly inflated considering the car is a very easy and basic car to work on. I will not be taking my car here to get fixed.

Extremely poor service. They started working on my vehicle but never completed the job. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. 'Stress-free'? This experience was anything but that

Stress-Free Auto Care is true to its name. They provide quality service with no stress. I highly appreciate that they offer Lyft rides to and from the auto shop which makes dropping off your vehicle super easy. Booking is a breeze and there is always a friendly face ready to greet you. Highly recommend this shop for your mechanic needs.

Hey everybody, look no further if you need a place where your vehicle will be taken care of......Or maybe you should, because they say they offer stress-free auto care. And the fact is that it is anything but that. Waste of time for example. I was told over the phone two days prior to my appointment that I am allowed to bring in my own engine oil and oil filter. I always receive good service. I like the emails and text messages to update me on the status. I like the secure late pick-up option.

Came in for an oil change and alignment check. Told work would take up to 3 hours. Work performed on time and estimated cost. Left wiser about my car battery's and transmission fluid change needs. Professional staff and good communication during the whole process.

Stress-Free is truly stress free! They are easy to schedule appointments with. The staff is super helpful. They always give you an accurate estimate. And the work they do is top notch. I appreciate that they inspect the vehicle for any potential problems. I was provided with a list of work I should have done with pictures of the parts I should replace. The list is organized from most to least urgent so that I can choose what to repair and when.
