I used to take my Hyundai Elantra here, and my husband started to take his Mazda3 here too after my experience. I hadn't needed to come for a while after switching cars but recently brought my Rivian to get the tire patched - they were super fast! They explained that there would be an extra labor charge for lifting up the Rivian, and what I could buy to have on hand to avoid the extra labor if there's ever another case where a shop doesn't already have it. Consistent, efficient, affordable. There is just one lingering issue that they weren't able to address because they weren't able to recreate the problem, however the sound is persistent. But overall, they have been great for our cars over the years.

Exceptionally amazing service!! We took my sister's mini cooper to Stress-Free Auto Care for the first time the car needed oil change, brake change, and a few other jobs done Neal helped us; he was extremely knowledgeable about all the issues with the car I thought the fixes were going to take 5 hours but they were all done in less than 3 hours! The car runs great now I'm so glad I found this place. I'll definitely be coming back Highly recommended!

I came in for an oil change and had some squeaking with my brakes so I needed a brake inspection done as well. They finished the inspection and oil change in about two hours and since I needed new brakes they waived the fee for the inspection. Very thorough service and Raymond at the front was very nice. They sent constant updates and everything is electronically tracked with the full breakdown of each service. I would say that service per hour is a little pricey but it's fair for the quality.

Stress-Free was just that ... easy to make an appointment; they keep in contact with you both through email and text (my favorite). They have a very easy-to-use way of approving updated estimates on your phone. And the service was done quickly! The front office is roomy and inviting ... easy parking even on El Camino Real. Highly recommend!

stress free auto provided be amazing on a very frustrating day. They were very kind and although they didn't have a diagnostic tech on site that day, they did what they could to support me in figuring out my issue. Major shoutout to Nick, Nef & John for their great service

I had scheduled a tire rotation for 3:00 p.m. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the service would require two hours, which I presumed was due to a backlog. This extended timeframe for a routine tire rotation was unexpected. However, the front desk representative proactively intervened, stating, "Let me see what I can do." As a result, an immediate service was arranged, and I was able to depart within 30 minutes.
