I made an appointment and when I got there, they were ready for me. They estimated two hours for the service and it took 1 hour 50 minutes. I got text message updates along the way and emailed diagnostics and itemized work that was done. I was so happy about the ease and efficiency of the whole experience. I will definitely go back!!!

Best garage I have been to since I started driving in 1985. They are very courteous and friendly. The work was done quickly for a great price, the live video feed and texting and communication is awesome.
My Elantra 2013 had developed a power-steering wobbling problem. Hyundai extended warranty had expired a couple months back. I got the work done at Stress Free Auto Care. Sanjeev, the manager, was extremely cordial and professional. The work was done efficiently and with courtesy.

I don't usually write long reviews, but I feel the need to share my full experience so other customers can make an informed decision. I came to this shop simply because my tire pressure light was on. I didn't know much about cars and wanted to try a new place. After a quick inspection, they handed me a list of nearly ten items that "urgently needed repair" -- total cost over $1,800. Provide and install rear shock absorber, and then wheel alignment. Wrong part was ordered which was discovered when mechanic started work and delayed work couple days. Job was done in about hour less than projected was good, but maybe not in hindsight. When work was completed I got car key back but not wheel alignment summary. I was told the summary was emailed to me. Although email was not requested. Eventually a black and white printout was produced but it lacked details such as VIN, LICENSE #.
