I made an appointment and when I got there, they were ready for me. They estimated two hours for the service and it took 1 hour 50 minutes. I got text message updates along the way and emailed diagnostics and itemized work that was done. I was so happy about the ease and efficiency of the whole experience. I will definitely go back!!!

So happy they're open on Sundays! My brakes weren't working correctly and it was very scary to drive. They took the car in on Sunday afternoon, offered a full inspection, and even paid for a Lyft ride home for me. They were great at communicating with me and explaining what was wrong. I appreciate the transparency and explanations for the repairs that were necessary. They also gave me a heads up on future repairs needed that weren't urgent. These guys are the real deal. I don't use the write any reviews but these guys are genuinely very caring, very professional, and really great at their job. I would recommend them to anyone. Zane helped me today and he is beyond awesome. Please try them. You will be very happy you did!

The best auto shop in the bay area. Clear explanations and price transparency. Quality work. Easy to make appointments online, convenient text updates, they even paid for my ride home so I didn't have to wait for the car. Amazing crew - thank you Ross & Team!

Best garage I have been to since I started driving in 1985. They are very courteous and friendly. The work was done quickly for a great price, the live video feed and texting and communication is awesome.
