Provide and install rear shock absorber, and then wheel alignment. Wrong part was ordered which was discovered when mechanic started work and delayed work couple days. Job was done in about hour less than projected was good, but maybe not in hindsight. When work was completed I got car key back but not wheel alignment summary. I was told the summary was emailed to me. Although email was not requested. Eventually a black and white printout was produced but it lacked details such as VIN, LICENSE #. Just a few days ago I left a review with my honest opinion about my experience at this establishment and management has deleted it. So once again, My experience was anything but Stress free. The management was unprofessional and rude. Hopefully they don't delete my message this time so that others are aware of the issue with management. Waste of time trying to deal with people who are so rude!

I have never been more frustrated and displeased in all my time coming here. I am a regular and come for everything to be done on my car. But every time they mess up my car. Recently I wanted an alignment and then later they recommended brakes it took them all day to finish my car and never gave me an update. Honestly they have lost a customer. Sanjeev the manager is unprofessional, rude and overall should not be running this business. I hope management is aware of his actions. He treats his employees horribly and it's evident. Will never come back. Wish I could give zero stars :/

Started off as a great interaction on Yelp scheduling a time to come in and the service I needed, which was to swap out winter tires for summer tires that I was providing. Staff named Devin stated that it would be 3-4 hours for "drop-off" appointments versus "waiting in-person" appointments which would be prioritized within an hour or so. I was told to come in for a diagnostic, and then they would be able to provide a quote. This was through Yelp's messaging system. This gave the impression that the diagnostic was free; however, they failed to mention that it was not. I believe this was an issue in another review as well. Michael and Zain were both polite and helpful, but I feel misled and wasted time driving to the store in rush hour traffic. Rip off, avoid. They lie in their "free" diagnostic report to push things you do not need. Tried to upsell all kinds of things and didn't even properly finish the one thing we asked them to do. And now SPAM! They spam my cell phone constantly with texts about $5 off coupons and worthless junk I don't care about. Both myself and my wife are getting endless spam. Including spamming repeatedly asking for a review.....well here it is, so stop spamming. Its not just them spamming though, I now get spam calls 3 times a day... read more
