The staffs are nice and knowledgeable. They will let you know if they had shot technicians on the day of your appointment and re-schedule immediately for you.

Had a very positive experience with Stress-Free today. I used a coupon for an oil change and feel I got a lot of value for the money spent. In addition to the oil change, they did a pretty thorough evaluation of the car, even providing information about the condition of things like brake pads and alerting me to some minor issues that need attention. I came here a while back to do an oil change. They found a bunch of other stuff they wanted to upsell on, and I agreed to do it (I hadn't taken it in for maintenance for two years). The service was fine, I appreciated the photos of the work being done. However, I noticed they didn't have a photo of the brake fluid change as I was going over the final bill, and asked about it. Stress-Free Auto Care did a great job! They were efficient evaluating my car concerns and once I approved repairs they got right to work getting the parts. My car was ready quicker than expected. They also let me know about potential items of concern down the road which I appreciated. I would use them again.
