I dealt with Ross thru out my car's repair. He has been exceptionally friendly, listened patiently to all I had to say, he in turn explained my options, and my car was fixed right. Excellent recommendations for minor wheel well repair and very good price on all service performed, Highly Recommended for the service on my BMW 525. Used them in the past and based on their excellent previous performance, returned for this service. They communicated well and performed the requested service with care and on time.
Better service than dealer. Reasonable price. The technical advisor always follow up and also give you the photos of repairing condition.
I was unsure what my car needed and Stress-Free took care of all the guesswork for me. Turns out it was just a bulb replacement that was required, but since they had ordered the bulbs ahead of time and had the scheduling set up for a quick replacement, it was incredibly easy and less labor cost than was originally quoted! I am amazed with the professionalism and care shown for my time and vehicle, as well as the level of comfort afforded me during the short wait. Thanks and keep up the good work!!
Although my truck wasn't able to be fixed at this point I feel I got the best service from Paul. He communicated clearly about my options and made me feel safe about getting vehicles repaired here in the future. The place is clean and accommodating to customers.
Great customer service, very transparent and they'll tell you anything and everything you need to know. Very honest and reliable people, the part I needed was on back order for months so they went down to the junkyard to get me a spare part to work until then. Great quality work, I'm definitely planning on coming back, even just to get my oil changed
I've brought my 2000 M5 here for almost 20 years. They are a reputable business. Their prices are fair and they do excellent work. I mostly work with Paul who is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to fully explain everything.
