I came in for a normal oil change and ended up with over 10K suggestions of services with my 67K miles car which was just serviced a year ago. I somehow was assigned with this service manager, James. As a female driver not knowing so much about the car. I highly recommend stress free auto for your German motor needs! I recently purchased a used BMW for my mom. I wanted to ensure the vehicles safety as well as engine reliability. Been taking my German cars here instead of the dealership even before they became Stress Free. As always excellent honest service, clearly detailed reports about what is urgent and what is coming soon. They now also can handle tires and alignment as well!

I went for an oil change for my Audi A4. It was easy to get an appointment and I was in and out within 90 minutes. There was a comfortable waiting room.

I have been coming here for years but recently the quality have dropped drastically (not sure if it's new management or what). My last visit I just wanted to replace a damaged intercooler hose. They charged me $600 for parts and labor which is insane prices (they ordered a pipe that has the sensor on, however the old sensor was perfectly fine, they didn't bother trying to find a pipe without the sensor, of course the more expensive the part is, the more profit they make).
