I've been a regular customer for years - 3 cars. They do high quality work at prices below the dealer. They keep you informed about the status of the vehicle. Have never had them try to upsell me.

A shop hidden from view. if you have a German car, this is where you should come for service. From what I observed as an oil change customer, they have good process and documentation. Not surprised they service German cars. The staff are friendly and efficient. I only came for oil change, but they provided free comprehensive inspections.
