This business is very professional. They do a preliminary inspection of your car before repair begins. Pictures are sent confirming what was found along with recommended action for anything amiss. The repair was fast along with an offer to view/keep replaced parts. Views of the shop area show it to be both well organized , well appointed and clean. This is a high value repair shop with more than reasonable prices. I expect that you will be as satisfied as I was with their service.

They were highly recommended by our friend . There's always someone pick up your phone call and answer all your questions with patience and perfection . The Mercedes dealer was trying to charge 1700 for brake pad and rotor replacement on my Mercedes gle, stress free was able to offer same service with warranty and OEM parts for half that. They offered an itemized receipt, and applied new customer discount without me asking if there was one. James at the front desk was super responsive, and the service was done before I even had time to settle into a nearby coffee shop. Stress Free Auto Care has the absolute best service and prices. I had a complicated mold and flooding issue and the insurance company wanted to give up on my Toyota Rav4. Stress-free said they could fix it and they took the time to get all the seals corrected, tested them all to make sure it was good and then replaced all my carpets and detailed everything. Instead of my Rav being totaled it is as good as new. I'd never go anywhere else - thank you Stress Free!

I got my oil change done there. Everything was very smooth- making the appointment till picking the car up. Paul was very nice and friendly. And their pricing is also very good. Definitely recommended!!

I had a very positive experience bringing my car here for work. I worked with Paul the entire time, and he was very communicative and understanding. If you want some discounts, you can: 1) book an appointment through their website (I think it's $10 off?) 2) There is also a Costco membership code (15% off) 3) If you ask nicely, the folks here will also provide a small discount ($50 for first time customer) These don't stack, but some options depending on your situation. I needed a new battery for my 2015 Audi Q5 an an annual maintenance. I bought a battery at Costco; several places I talked to wouldn't install a battery purchased elsewhere. Stress-Free made it easy to schedule via their website and had availability the next day. They were thorough with the explanation of what they'd be doing and I got multiple updates throughout the day, including comprehensive photos of everything they found. The price was reasonable and far less than the dealer. I've found my new repair shop!
