I've been coming to Stress-Free Auto Care in Mountain View for nearly two years now and have always been satisfied. So far, it's been five oil changes/inspections and a replacement of my radiator and oil filter housing gasket. Paul is incredible! He's patient and explains all items to you with full transparency and zero pressure. The service is fast and reliable! Excellent communication and scheduling as well!
I brought my truck in for repairs, and Paul was very helpful. The Techs. work very fast and were able to verify my diagnosis for my truck. They also did an inspection and found a couple of other issues. The loaner car was the first reason I went with them, but now it's also because of the fast and friendly service. I will need my spark plugs replaced soon, and I will have them replace them as I can trust the work they perform.
In a pinch, came out from Airbnb to a flat tire and a 4 hour trip home ahead. First tire shops we tried wanted to take 4 hours to fix ! At Tires unlimited, Chris helped us right away and had us on our way! Thank you so much!
Why go to a dealership when you can come here? This is the second car we have brought to Stress Free and could not be happier. When something needs to get done they actually take pictures so they can show you. I have never been to a dealership that has done that! The prices are beyond reasonable. They don't charge you an outrageous amount of money just to walk in the door! And, as a female, I have total confidence that I am in honest hands. I will never go to a dealership again!
