I was there for a routine brake service. As usual, Paul provided clear explanation on what needed done. i waited for less than two hours to have the service done.

I have been going to German motor works for a few years now. Paul has been my technician and he does a great job taking care of my car. He is very genuine, detail oriented and gives the best advice for the car. I have had a great experience so far and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to routinely service their car.

I've been servicing my E46 M3 at German Motor Specialist since 2014, and I keep going back for the exceptional service. My service agent Paul is very professional and is thorough at explaining issues, suggested fixes, and relative urgency of repairs. I came in for a normal oil change and ended up with over 10K suggestions of services with my 67K miles car which was just serviced a year ago. I somehow was assigned with this service manager, James. As a female driver not knowing so much about the car.
