Prices are high for being an independent shop. Big markup on fluids, less on parts, prices not very transparent. Often a 2x to 3x markup on basic fluid without discussing why with the customer isn't nice.

Good price for diagnostic, very professional service, thorough inspection and reporting of my car's maintenance needs. Didn't push any extra repairs and handled all the repairs I needed done within a day. Also had a nice waiting area to get work done on a laptop.

I found these guys off of google to take care of my 2012 Audi. And they did. They were highly responsive. Communication : 5 out of 5 , I knew the status almost real time, No stress! Went here for my BMW 328 to have a wheel alignment done which they did a good job on. They also did an inspection of the car and it identifed a couple of other items that needed to be addressed, backing it up with photographs. The work was done timely and professionally. I went there with a coupon, which priced the work below other bids that I got,. Without the coupon they would have been higher, and is the only reason I give them four stars instead of five

I sent my Toyota RAV4 for oil change on 3/20/2024. They not only charged engine oil but also did a courtesy inspection for the car. They sent me a list of urgent and non-urgent issues found during inspection. I really appreciate their service.

Super nice team. High quality work as well. They were able to take my car in on short notice and had it fixed same day. They also inspect your car and provide photos of every piece of your car that needs maintenance and explain why
