I went for an oil change for my Audi A4. It was easy to get an appointment and I was in and out within 90 minutes. There was a comfortable waiting room.

I have been coming here for years but recently the quality have dropped drastically (not sure if it's new management or what). My last visit I just wanted to replace a damaged intercooler hose. They charged me $600 for parts and labor which is insane prices (they ordered a pipe that has the sensor on, however the old sensor was perfectly fine, they didn't bother trying to find a pipe without the sensor, of course the more expensive the part is, the more profit they make). I am always getting pleasantly surprised by this shop with honesty, dedication and quality of work. I have been using this shop since 2004 with my first owned BMW and continue on using it for all good reasons. I highly recommend this shop for any services to make your vehicle healthy and happy. Paul, the SA at Mountain View location is the best helping all out.

This business is very professional. They do a preliminary inspection of your car before repair begins. Pictures are sent confirming what was found along with recommended action for anything amiss. The repair was fast along with an offer to view/keep replaced parts. Views of the shop area show it to be both well organized , well appointed and clean. This is a high value repair shop with more than reasonable prices. I expect that you will be as satisfied as I was with their service.

They were highly recommended by our friend . There's always someone pick up your phone call and answer all your questions with patience and perfection . As a new immigrant female, it always stresses me out when my cars get issues. But not this time ! They diagnosed all the problems of the car and Kept me updated. The Mercedes dealer was trying to charge 1700 for brake pad and rotor replacement on my Mercedes gle, stress free was able to offer same service with warranty and OEM parts for half that. They offered an itemized receipt, and applied new customer discount without me asking if there was one. James at the front desk was super responsive, and the service was done before I even had time to settle into a nearby coffee shop.
