Awesome experience with this company. Brought car in for routine maintenance (oil, cabin and engine air filters, fluids check and general inspection. The prices are reasonable, they are veteran owned, we're thorough in their inspection. The facility is easy to find, plenty of parking, clean and I've never seen more professional certificates hanging on a wall!!! Reception area is clean, easy parking, means of communication is easy (text and email), good service, tech did a thorough inspection, more affordable compared to dealers and ask for client's consent before proceeding with any work. Honest with their client.

I have been going to German motor works for a few years now. Paul has been my technician and he does a great job taking care of my car. I've been servicing my E46 M3 at German Motor Specialist since 2014, and I keep going back for the exceptional service. My service agent Paul is very professional and is thorough at explaining issues, suggested fixes, and relative urgency of repairs.
