I recently visited this location for the first time and had a very positive experience. Having been long time customer at the Stevens Creek location, this location was much more convenient for me and offered ample parking. The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I originally went in for brakes and to diagnose a few ongoing issues with my car. Brought a car here for a pre purchase inspection. Whole team was very friendly and helpful - explained everything and answered any questions I had. Can also say these guys are very genuine and honest based both on my experience and seeing a few other customer interactions as well. My vehicle broke down while on a 3 day business trip and they prioritized the work on my car and even gave me a loaner car so I could so I could make it back home which is 3 hours away. Truly a Stress Free experience!!

As loyalty member the brake inspection fee was waved. Service was inspection it was done and reported to me.
