Came in for a oil change. Came with a free inspection to see how the overall health of my vehicle was. Good quality service and had a good special on the oil change service. Even got a ride home to continue my day. Good quality and great value. Will definitely be back.

Can truly say they provided a stress free experience without any back and forth negotiating. Jim was really nice to explain the difference between run flat tires vs regular ones and the anatomy of a Tesla. . They don't stock tires but did the best to get everything done in a day. The shop is also gated so we felt safe leaving our Tesla overnight. Such a huge relief, will have to come back for other services too.

These folks really live up to the name! From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and, yes, totally stress-free. Easy to make an appointment and same day pick up after the maintenance. I dropped my car around 11am and pick up around 1:00pm.

Took SUV in for air conditioner and heater diagnosis. I had my AC evaporator and blower motor replaced and it's great to have them working once again. I was also pleased with the other work which they managed to squeeze in at that time. The general manager, Jim Walker, was very nice to work with and coordinates everything going on at the shop so well~~ not an easy task. I went to get my oil changed as a walk in yesterday, and even though they were busy, they found a way to fit me in! They went above and beyond, doing a thorough inspection of my car and found a few maintenance issues as well a safety concern. I appreciate their transparency with pricing and level of urgency for the issues they found. I asked them to replace on of the belts that had cracks in it, and they were able to do that as well as change my oil in the same day. Their pricing is very reasonable. We took our car in for problems found during a previous appointment. It was easy to get an appointment. The team was friendly and helpful. The price for wheel alignment, rear shock replacement, and brake fluid change was very reasonable. We will be back for future services.
