Rick from Stress-Free did a great job of explaining costs and pointing out potential issues with their inspection process at Stress-Free. My jaw dropped when I was told the oil change on my BMW X3 was nearly $345 so there is a part of me that feels I got played. I mean it's about $100 more then I expected to pay. I've had couple of thing done there and Pencho was the one helping me fix my car. He was very professional and great at explaining the services he was performing on my car. At the check out Mikey was also very professional and nice to talk to. Great job guys, keep up the good work.
I discovered this place after seeing one of their frames on a random person's car, super clever. When I needed a new place for an oil change the name popped into my head! I've been here a few times for oil changes and a diagnostic for my vehicle. Every experience is seamless and easy with this team. I plan to continue to go here for perfect customer service and their no bs way of doing business.

Took my car in for a normal service. Team was super friendly and helpful. The pricing for an oil change and tire rotation was fair! I love that they took pictures of anything they recommended doing at that service or at a future service. I'll be back for my next service.
