Yesterday 5/14/25 my son and I were traveling from Hollister to San Jose for some appointments, we blew a tire on highway 85, it was terrifying. My son, his service dog, and myself were towed to Stress Free Auto Care, and helped by Jim. When Jim found out how far away from home we were he expedited our service as quickly as he possibly could. My wife took our car in for a normal oil change service. It was easy to get a "wait for 50 minute appointment". The team was friendly and helpful. The price for a synthetic oil change was very reasonable but oil change took nearly 2 hours. The waiting room was too cool for my wife's comfort. One has to love purple as almost everything in the shop is purple. We appreciate that they hi-lighted other needed services without up selling pressure. We will be back for future services.

Great communication, quick turn around, helpful insights to help me make the best decision for my vehicle. Had my service A done here for my Mercedes and they shared pictures of my tires so help me know which needed replacing. They had the new tires in the next day.
