Max and Rick were great they went well beyond there duty to fix my issue on ford fusion my fuel inlet light came on 3 weeks in a row as of now no light but no matter what they will make it right. I recommend there shop to anyone.
I have to say that this mechanic shop lives up to its name. I didn't feel like they were trying to push extra services beyond my request. The price felt legit. I didn't leave wondering if I was overcharged. Gave me a ride home, and I didn't have to wait all day for car to be ready. I will be going back.

Very communicative friendly staff! They made it easy to get estimate and pay by text, and inspection had tons of pictures attached for each item. Made it easy to drop off the night before my appointment and pick up after hours.

I went in Saturday. They were extremely short handed. My oil change appointment was at 10am. I was planning to wait around for an hour or so. The technician told me they were way behind and my car wont be ready until until 1 or 2pm. I decided not to wait for 3 or 4 hours and walked home. It took me 45 mins to walk home in the hot sun. They ended up calling me at 3:30pm. I would give 4 stars if not for the long wait and consequently had to walk home. They have a good coupon special for first time customer oil change. "Stress Free"? The most stressful experience I've had in my life in all 24+ years of owning/repairing multiple cars. This shop has the worst combination of an unprofessional careless "always in hurry" mechanic (Larry) and careless manager with attitude (Jose). If you are unlucky to have to use this shop, make sure you work with a good manager, Max, who is really professional and caring. But it will not save you from Larry breaking your vehicle.... Thanks Ricky and team for fitting me in at the last minute. A few things about this location: recently added to the Stress Free company a few months ago- prior it was a shop that has been around for 40 plus years. The team gels well together and it shows. The intake online crew is different than the team in the shop. I got lucky and did not schedule during the 3 day weekend. I suggest calling the shop directly to cross check hours.
