i call that number nothing to do just asking now i ask car dealer the part they change is still under warranty but i pay for them.. they say call that number i thought can help nothing to do just asking and said she will be call back to me but now i dont no how many weeks nothing to here... so stressful

i bring my car i pay $500 but it is not fix and change part its not thats problem.......... final they call me and he said they can't fix it and need to I call tow and bring to dealer shop 1 day they fix it replace right part

It started out well but I never got a call about what had happened and when I called and needed it towed somewhere I couldn't get a hold of anybody for hours. I talked to voicemails a lady called me and said she transferred me. Nothing happened 3 to 4 hours to talk to somebody in the shop.

Took car here because my carmax warranty suggested them. Charged over 120 dollars to tell me gas cap was loose thats why engine light was on. A month later light is on again.

Things did not go stress-free way! I went there at 11:30 AM and they told me I have to pay $250/2 = $125 - it seems their back office and actual repair store has different understanding in terms of charge and scheduled appointment. Then I showed my appointment conversation and they said they would honor the $99 charge - but they would take a look in my car around 1:30 PM (after lunch) even though I had an appointment at 11:30 AM - so, I dropped the car there and came home by myself, and again reached there at 1:40 PM. They said they can help to replace the battery. They collected the personal info and then schedule a time. Then, cancel the meeting a few minutes later say they cannot fix it. It looks to me they are trying to collect my info.
