Went to get an oils change and found out my tire are bald and am thankful for that great quality and value now I'm right thanks to a stree-free auto care experience

I was considering the purchase of a car at a nearby dealer, and since I live 3 hours away I had the car taken to Stress-Free auto for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only was the process easy, but the mechanic, Danny, reached out to give me even more detail about the vehicle. I ended up passing on the purchase thanks to issues that Stree-Free found on the car, saving me a lot of money and grief after the fact.
I came to Stress Free Auto Care in Montclair for an oil change, and they totally lived up to the name. The whole process was smooth, quick, and super low-pressure. Everyone was friendly and professional. Kenny was awesome and he took the time to explain exactly what my truck needed. Definitely coming back for my next service!
Kenny at the desk has great communication and open about pricing and work being done. Truck was pretty bad on alignment and they got me right. I didn't find the lock for my lug nuts, they went out of their way and was able to borrow from someone outside shop and had me back in time.
I recently got work done by Stress Free Auto Care in Campbell, CA. Going to these shops is unlike any other Auto Repair experience you have ever done. The experience there literally is stress-free and actually enjoyable to deal with these people. That is the entire model for these shops and they do it very well. Such a great experience! First impressions were impressive - very clean, and the staff was incredibly polite and professional. I was there to get my brakes done, and after they inspected them, they provided me with a very detailed list of other issues and recommendations that they discovered.
