I brought my car in for a few repairs and while the service was okay, it wasn't anything to write home about. The staff was friendly, but I felt like they could've communicated more about what was being done. Overall, it was an average experience--definitely not "stress-free," but not terrible either!

Service was great and customer service was great, only thing was i didn't receive my license plate cover and also i happened to lift up my hood and seen there was a towel left underneath there, other then that everything was great. Pay was reasonable as well.

I recently took my son's car in for an engine light on. The car was fixed quickly. The service is great and friendly. They had a Lyft pick me up so I could go back home after I dropped off the car. I was kept up to date on the status of the car along the way. I appreciated the updates. Other places say they will update and they never do. We will be back for sure!

I recently move to the upland area and I needed my car to be serviced and checked for a few things. I found stress free auto on yelp and gave the gentlemen a call and I'm so glad I did. Kenny and Michael have helped me to much and definitely took some stress away with the constant checkins letting me about my car and what's wrong. These guys really set the bar high for customer service and I really appreciate them all!!!

honest, kind, knowledgeable, helpful. They send you an electronic version of the inspection they do and recommend repairs from there. They don't try to push you to spend a bunch of money if you don't have to. They were quick and accommodating whenever they could be. I spent a little over $900 on 4 new tires ($710) and an alignment ($149) and taxes and fees. Over all, great customer service and value (: Keep up the great work guys!
