Awesome service no price haggling they were quick, efficient, respectful, and professional. I'm definitely using their company again. I hope I'm getting Kenny's name right? He was stellar and to the techs? Thank you guys for getting me in and out. I loved getting the texts and calls letting me know my car was ready. They even washed it! Naaa I'm just kidding. Gotcha!!

This is a great mechanic! Reasonable pricing, open on Saturdays, and fast. Michael was very helpful, and I appreciated that he was transparent about costs from the beginning and did not deviate from what he initially quoted. I also appreciated that they finished the repair in one day and made sure I had it back for work on Monday. Thank you Stress-Free Auto Care!

I had a flat tire. They fixed it within 15 minutes and no charge. Josh is the manager and actually everyone there was great. When I buy four new tires I will definitely take my vehicle to them.

The mechanics here did such a wonderful job on my 2009 Honda Accord. I felt very taken care of and the service was quite fast (one day). Michael at the front desk explained everything perfectly and made sure that my car was safe to drive before my pick up. I received an overview of what was needed to be done in an e-mail which included photos, as well as a phone call to explain and go over the pricing. I appreciated that a lot. I was at the beginning of a 12-hour drive, with a flight to catch at the end, when my alternator and battery went out. It was early morning, and when I called Joel, he got me in quickly so I could get back on my way to Colorado. He was kind, professional, and HONEST! As a woman traveling alone, it's good to know that I'm getting honest treatment and a good deal. If I lived in Montclair, Joel's automotive would be my first choice. I can't say enough good things about this establishment!

Joel's Automotive is the best. Ginna is also great. I received fast and friendly service. Great prices, and awesome atmosphere. This will be the only shop I take my car to from now on!

Fair and more importantly - honest. Took my older car in for a squeaky belt that I had changed my self. Thought it might be a tensioner. They checked it out and said belt just needed to be tightened. Took it in quick, tightened it up and sent me on my way. No charge. Give these guys a try you will be glad you did.
