Service was fantastic. They sent pictures to my phone so I could see damage brakes and oil leak in my pan. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was a customer of Joel's auto care and was a little skeptical when I found out that it was bought by the stress free chain. But I still took my car in because it needed work and I was very happy with the work. They sent me a thorough diagnostic/ inspection document. They found issues and sent me photos of all of the issues and explained why they were causing the symptoms I was experiencing. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I needed an oil change and believed I also needed new brakes. Aftet service was completed, I also received an email with a link of my vehicle inspection which lists anything that may need work. I was pleased when Kenny told me I did not need new brakes at this time. Thank you Kenny for your honesty and not trying to sell me any repairs my car did not need. I will definitely be returning. Awesome service no price haggling they were quick, efficient, respectful, and professional. I'm definitely using their company again. I hope I'm getting Kenny's name right? This is a great mechanic! Reasonable pricing, open on Saturdays, and fast. Michael was very helpful, and I appreciated that he was transparent about costs from the beginning and did not deviate from what he initially quoted. I also appreciated that they finished the repair in one day and made sure I had it back for work on Monday. Thank you Stress-Free Auto Care!

I had a flat tire. They fixed it within 15 minutes and no charge. Josh is the manager and actually everyone there was great. When I buy four new tires I will definitely take my vehicle to them.
