Service was alright overall. I came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The guy at the front was nice, but I had to wait longer than I expected even with an appointment. Not a huge deal, but I wish they had updated me while I was waiting. Price was fair, and they didn't try to upsell anything crazy, so that's a plus. Not sure if I'd come back, but it wasn't terrible.
The service here is 110%. Communication throughout the process and all work done as promised and on time.

I was skeptical at first because I always went to the mercedes dealership for any services but it got really expensive. So I decided to take a chance and try stress free auto and I was impressed by how professional everyone was and I was updated the whole time with pictures/video and phone calls. I would 100% recommend this to friends and family. Plus the price was good and they price match!

I have relied on Joel's Automotive for nearly 20years, since his retirement and now known as Stress-Free Automotive I can feel confident that his team of service repairmen to continue to provide quality parts and service.
I used the prior business of Joel's Automotive last year and they gave me a quality service on a different vehicle. Stress-free was leaps and bounds above them. They were great one day service and the cost was where I thought it would be. They were constantly in contact though the day and updated the invoice once a request was completed. The service from the front desk manager Kenny was impeccable.
All auto concerns for vehicle addressed and handled. Updates given by text with details and photos were very helpful.
