Yesterday I went in for a smog check on my car. The experience couldn't have been more "stress free!" Kenny Galvez, the Asst Gen Mgr greeted me and got the mechanic started on my car right away! It only took about 45 minutes total. I waited for my car and was out in no time! The price was affordable so I was very happy with everything overall! I would recommend Stress-Free Auto Care to anyone, especially women, who are always concerned about getting taken. I will go back there if I need any other services done on my car.

Disregard my last negative review! I cannot find it to delete it. But when I do I will delete the negative review for Stress-free Auto Care. They have reconsidered my request for an appeal to have my car repaired. I highly recommend them especially Kenny who went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Kenny is an outstanding employee there at the service desk check-in office. I recommend anyone who wants their car serviced to trust them 100 %. Thank you again for an outstanding job.

Friendly service and great explanation of the work being done. No pressure to add extra service. All issues are presented with photos to plan out future service. Comfortable waiting room with snacks and beverages. Kenny was great in getting things done. I like that you get update texts as they complete the work.

I've used them twice now within 1 year for 2 different vehicles. Both service instances went very well thanks to Kenny. Excellent use of technology with online reservations, text msgs, and video while repairs are done. I needed them to figure of why my car shook at high speeds and it was determined to be uneven front tire tread. Gave me a quote and I compared it to what I would have paid elsewhere and it was on point!! They were very accommodating to me, allowed me to use the loaner car. They communicated promptly as to what was needed for my car to be fixed. I would give more stars if I could.

kept me up dated on everything that was going on and sent me pictures of everything. Also had a camera in the bays to watch the whole time which I thought was pretty cool
