Service was fantastic. They sent pictures to my phone so I could see damage brakes and oil leak in my pan. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I needed an oil change and believed I also needed new brakes. Aftet service was completed, I also received an email with a link of my vehicle inspection which lists anything that may need work. I was pleased when Kenny told me I did not need new brakes at this time. Thank you Kenny for your honesty and not trying to sell me any repairs my car did not need. I will definitely be returning. Awesome service no price haggling they were quick, efficient, respectful, and professional. I'm definitely using their company again. I hope I'm getting Kenny's name right? I was at the beginning of a 12-hour drive, with a flight to catch at the end, when my alternator and battery went out. It was early morning, and when I called Joel, he got me in quickly so I could get back on my way to Colorado. He was kind, professional, and HONEST! As a woman traveling alone, it's good to know that I'm getting honest treatment and a good deal. If I lived in Montclair, Joel's automotive would be my first choice. I can't say enough good things about this establishment!

Joel's Automotive is the best. Ginna is also great. I received fast and friendly service. Great prices, and awesome atmosphere. This will be the only shop I take my car to from now on!

100% customer satisfaction. Was driving car and it slowly started shutting down on me. Called AAA and they gave me a list of business, I chose Joel's being that they had a key drop off overnight box. Come to find out I needed a new alternator and battery, car was ready for pickup within a day and a half. Great staff and workmanship.

Finding a good mechanic is hard. But you don't need to search any farther than this shop.Always fair service at a good price. Sells you only the services that you need. And if that isn't enough? This is 1 block from my job. So I can leave the car, walk to work, and walk back when it's ready.If you're in search of a mechanic for your car to call "home", this is the place to go
I have been to about 20+ different shops in and around the inland empire. Joel's is #1 on my list. I have a backup shop if he is too busy but i always go here first. Never been ripped off from here. When i first starting going i would shop around for better prices but would get crap service. His prices are fair or what i would consider market value. Turnaround time is good.
