The service manager, Michael is a stand up guy. I highly recommend these guys. I've been looking for a respectable honest auto shop for a while now and I found them when I took my vehicle in for an A/C coil leak. They worked with my auto warranty and made sure it was all covered. The second time I took it in was for some suspension problems and again they were quick efficient and did a great job keeping me in the loop while they were working on my Armada. I brought my car in for some brake work and Micheal did a great job taking care of me! He was honest and helped me understand what services I'll need in the future so I'm not blindsided next time I come in. Overall great service and a quick turn around time as well.

I was a customer of Joel's auto care and was a little skeptical when I found out that it was bought by the stress free chain. But I still took my car in because it needed work and I was very happy with the work. They sent me a thorough diagnostic/ inspection document. They found issues and sent me photos of all of the issues and explained why they were causing the symptoms I was experiencing. This is a great mechanic! Reasonable pricing, open on Saturdays, and fast. Michael was very helpful, and I appreciated that he was transparent about costs from the beginning and did not deviate from what he initially quoted. I had a flat tire. They fixed it within 15 minutes and no charge. Josh is the manager and actually everyone there was great. When I buy four new tires I will definitely take my vehicle to them.

I had my Toyota Camry LE 2011 serviced at Stress Free - Joel's Automotive Repair yesterday and I am very pleased with the service rendered for my car.
