I have been dealing with Joel for 2 years now. He has always been honest and up front about the cost for parts and repairs. Being able to have your car taken car of in a timely manner without having to come back and forth is a big concern for me. I know when Joel fixes my car It is done properly. Joel is very friendly and so easy to talk to. Very polite staff!

Finding a good mechanic is hard. But you don't need to search any farther than this shop.Always fair service at a good price. Sells you only the services that you need. And if that isn't enough? This is 1 block from my job. So I can leave the car, walk to work, and walk back when it's ready.If you're in search of a mechanic for your car to call "home", this is the place to go

I have been to about 20+ different shops in and around the inland empire. Joel's is #1 on my list. I have a backup shop if he is too busy but i always go here first. Never been ripped off from here. When i first starting going i would shop around for better prices but would get crap service. His prices are fair or what i would consider market value. Turnaround time is good. My radiator was busted and needed repair everywhere else wasn't gonna have availability until after the holidays. Fortunately, they were available for a drop off same day. They took care of everything. They make sure to clarify with me and communicate with me and everything that needed to be done on my car, including the initial problem and they walked me through the entire process no hidden fees no bullshit no scam like behavior. They need to change there name. Horrible customer service. Was told the wait would be 45 min to 1 hour that was not the case even with an appointment they don't care. Save your time and go to a different shop

I'm really disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the transmission flush quote I received. I requested a quote through Yelp and was told the estimated cost would be between $170 and $220. Nowhere in that estimate was it mentioned that this price did not include the filter. Once I arrived after driving from Riverside to Montclair. I was informed the actual cost would be closer to $500. This was a frustrating and avoidable experience that wasted my time. I came in for AC service and a general vehicle inspection. They wanted to keep my car for 4 days over the weekend which was not expected. They did offer a loaner vehicle but that should not take 4 days. I asked if they could just do the vehicle inspection for my appointment and i would come back later for repairs but he was insistent on doing everything all together. Had it done elsewhere in 5 hours.

Initially went in for an engine light check, I had previously had it diagnosed as oxygen sensor. Went in after reading some reviews, let them know it was the oxygen sensor. They insisted they do their own diagnostic (extra charge), the gentleman Larry said it was a leak in a hose, had them repair (hose was $9 labor $100). This pricing was not mentioned and neither was the amount for diagnostic. A couple days later the engine light comes back on and guess what it was the oxygen sensor. Told me my hose was broken when it wasn't even that. Took somewhere else where they told me that stress free did not do their job correctly.What a waste of $200:/
