The mechanics here did such a wonderful job on my 2009 Honda Accord. I felt very taken care of and the service was quite fast (one day). Michael at the front desk explained everything perfectly and made sure that my car was safe to drive before my pick up. I received an overview of what was needed to be done in an e-mail which included photos, as well as a phone call to explain and go over the pricing. I appreciated that a lot. Fair and more importantly - honest. Took my older car in for a squeaky belt that I had changed my self. Thought it might be a tensioner. They checked it out and said belt just needed to be tightened. Took it in quick, tightened it up and sent me on my way. No charge. Give these guys a try you will be glad you did.

I had a sudden onset of weird noise from my car, it was a small noise at first and a different mechanic looked at it and said he couldn't find anything so I kept on driving and ignoring it. After a few weeks, the noise got worse and finally, I didn't feel safe enough driving it. Found Joel and took it in. Immediately diagnosed all the issues and pointed to exactly what was wrong. I recently visited Joel's Auto Repair and I must say, over the years, the customer service has been consistently amazing. Joel and his staff are very polite and accommodating on top of honest about the repairs my car has needed every time I've brought in my car. I made a call to AAA on behalf of my mom and they recommended this place. The tow truck picked up my moms truck and took it there, and a chubby lady came out very demanding and talking very demanding in a down way to my mom and also the tow truck guy. my mom did not liked the way she just came out talking to her and the driver and the driver told my mom that he knows another shop near by so they ended up taking the truck to another location. Stay away!! I took my car in there two times for various things. After telling me it needed this or that, NOTHING was fixed! The original problem I took it in for was not fixed! They recommend things that an average person wouldn't know needed fixing. And that's their gimmick! As an older female, I guess they saw me coming. Just pitiful and they have done the same thing to a disabled person I know. How low is that? STAY AWAY!

Brought my Camry in for minor repairs. Found the parts and installed at a very reasonable price. Kept me appraised on parts on order. Thank you I'd recommend for Smog too !! Brought in my Hyundai , i was smogged and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Excellent !
