I wanted to like this auto shop... I searched for options near me with great reviews and they had 4.5 stars, so I went to their website and requested an appointment. I never heard back so I called, and they had not received my online request. No problem, made an appointment over the phone and they had availability a couple days later. Outstanding attention to detail! Really took care to explain my vehicle situation, and answered all my questions! They were very upfront about cost, no hidden fees/scammy feeling. Shoutout to Ony who was really great at walking me through everything. 100% would recommend this place!

Gene and his crew really came through for me. The family was driving to WA for Thanksgiving and realized there was the potential for a huge winter storm on the way up, but needed to replace the tires that had very little tread left. I had new tires shipped to Stress-Free but they were delayed due the storm that I'd potentially be driving through. I've had 8 sets of tires mounted here and they've always done a good job! Appreciate their flexibility, I often drop off just my rims with them.

This was our first time using stress free and I have to admit it kind of was truth in advertising. Everything is up front, and they broke it down explaining what was necessary eventually vs what was needed to get it running right now. No pressure, and I didn't feel like I was being talked down to, or taken advantage of. The car was up and running when they said it would be. Seems like a pretty reliable company.

I mangled my miata's steering wheel and broke multiple pieces trying to install an aftermarket wheel and Stress Free was a huge help fixing the mess I created. They got it on right and did an alignment so it's better than new. Love the way it looks and drives now, I just wish I took it to them in the first place. Thank you!
