Lived there for a year and really enjoyed it. Best apartment that you can get so close to campus. Rent is affordable and the environment is great for college students. Would recommend.

very good place to stay with good rent. Gym, swimming pool facilities are nice. people here are very helping too

My son lived there for two years and it was a wonderful experience.I was pleasantly surprised at the the size of the apartment and loved the four bedrooms with four baths so each room mate had a private space. Very economical too.The location was convienent and having the trolley was a plus if and when car failure was an issue. The apartments are great and I love how they are furnished. Almost never had any problems with anything and if I did, the Managment and maintenance team were always very quick to help fix the issue. Definitely worth living here, along with a great price!

The Student Quarters are a great place to live with a caring office staff. They are easy to contact and very understanding. Many renovations have also been added over the last three months. The Student Quarters are now looking better than ever.

I wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance men, especially Greg. They are so nice and came to unclog our bathroom toliet. They even mopped up the water with towels and put said towels in the laundry FOR ME. These guys are the bomb and deserve more appreciation ! ♡
