Student Quarters is hands down one of the best places to stay if you are wanting to be close to campus. I personally stayed there this past year and loved it! The staff is excellent and friendly, I recommend this place for anyone wanting to find the perfect apartment for a very reasonable price.

Best place I've ever lived, can't wait to spend the next year here. The staff was a huge help to me moving my stuff in and truly enjoyed my experience living here, and I couldn't believe the the apartment looked as good as the showroom!

Our daughter lived at a Peak Campus property for two years. I was apprehensive because of some of the reviews I read before she moved in. They do have rules and fees they can charge; however, they are clearly spelled out in the lease and, because of these policies, the property is clean and well kept. The terms of the lease are reviewed with you and you can ask questions. I lived here and it is an amazing place to stay. The staff is outstanding and is extremely nice. I would recommend this place when wanting to stay off campus but still close by.

I’d like to go ahead and post a review about my move in and out experience at Heights since I’ve noticed only bad ones on here. I will admit that my room wasn’t perfect when I moved in but it was maintained and cleaned to the best of their ability since this is an older property. Now about move out, I received a notice about a month prior to moving out that stated everything that needed to be taken care of to avoid being fined.
