So, this is an update for my earlier review. While I did have a not so nice an experience with one person, I have been fairly impressed with others. Matt from social services has been particularly helpful in arranging appointments and transportation for my wife's doctor's appointments. He has also kept me updated on any changes to my wife's condition. Several of the ladies who man the phones at the front desk have also been very helpful and courteous. After visiting Sunnyvale Post Acute today I was amazed. The treatment the staff does for the clients was amazing. The way the staff takes care of their patients really shows this this is where they were meant to be. I see a lot of activity that helps keep the clients busy. A lot of rehab development is happening. There are specific rooms that are there to help clients get better. I would definitely recommend.

I want to thank every staff members in this facility for taking care of my grandma. This nursing home is one of the clean facility I've been to and was greeted by every staff I bump into. My grandma had a problem not able to walk for too long and somehow after weeks of being in their care. She felt better and was able to walk, her attitude towards us was more friendly and more energy after leaving that place. I was a patient for 1 year & 8 months, i require special care due to my condition & they went out of there way to meet my needs! My time there was very comfortable with the friendliest staff & I was happy there. The staff is very knowledgable & work very hard to provide you safe & comfortable environment in a home like setting. My Great Grandma was a resident here. She spent the final year of her life at this facility. The staff took really good care of her. There are great activities at this place, and a ton of things to keep you busy and active! The staff here is awesome! Thank you for taking such good care of my Great Grandma! You guys rock!

Thank you for the physical therapy/occupational therapy/nutritionist and nurse team wonderful care and treatment during my mom's stay. The facility is welcoming and great for the recovery. Thumb up!

Outstanding in every way! My aunt was transferred to Sunnyvale Post Acute for therapy after having surgery. Our family chose this facility because of their 5 Star Rating and when we toured the facility, it was very clean. Upon admission, my aunt was greeted with the warmest welcome. The CNA and the Admission's Nurse introduce themselves and explained step by step of the admission process. The CNA even took the time to take my aunt on a tour of the facility. My friend, Marie, was admitted here three weeks ago. I picked this nursing home because I met Daniel the administrator at the hospital and he was so helpful to all questions I had as this was new for me. He gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns. When I checked this place out my friend was treated with immediately concern. My friend doesn't like hospital food. Luckily there are quite a bit of places around there.

Due to losing my balance falling on my head I became a patient at 4 Acute Rehab Sunnyvale. The place is well managed, the food is excellent. I had lost 20lbs of late I re- gained 7lbs, the staff is incredible patient oriented Prior, 2012 & 2014, I spend 4 weeks each in 2 different Peninsula Rehab Centers none of these 2 centers can come close to my experience at 4 Acute Rehab. Thank you 4 Acute Rehab for helping me getting back on my feet. Ursula F.
