I took my truck in for air-conditioning problems they had to take my dash out when they did the scratch my right side of my dash they broke things on my truck plus when they sat in the back seat they put a cut mark in my window tint and the service advisor wasn't going to tell me until after I paid one last thing the service advisor would never call me with any updates on my truck I get better service at Walmart
Service done within 90 minutes. Car wash wasn't done as advertised.
The recall work took 5gouts vs the usual 2 hours normally.
Couldn't even rotate tires correctly
I was losing air in one of my tires and asked the service advisor to see if they could check the tire while they were rotating tires. They told me that they didn't find anything and just tightened the valve stem. I then took it to a tire shop because it was still losing air. There was a screw on the inside of the tire which means they did not look at the tire and told me they couldn't find anything. Which get me wondering what else they said they did but didn't do. Bad way to get repeat customers. I will not be going back
Surprise ford and Peoria ford is the worst place to buy and have service done on your vehicle Wal-Mart does a better job nobody from both places don't call you back to settle any problems they just lie to you on both ends and Surprise ford just breaks your personal property and or destroy your personal property Surprise for mechanic doesn't respect your property or take care of it while they are working on it Peoria ford don't fix anything they just pop it off on the customer I still waiting to get this resolved but nobody w... read more
Salesperson was Friendly. The vehicle I called to Buy was sold to an out of town entity who was supposed to be there yesterday, but did not show - allegedly. I believe it was a Bait-and-Switch, It was aptly named - "Surprise ... Chevrolet!"
Two hours (with an appointment!) for an oil change is unacceptable!!!
It was the worst experience that I've ever had buying a car. We loved Faith but the finance guy was awful. Instead of telling us the truth if they could do the deal we wanted or not they just kept stringing us along. It took 3 times as long as it should have. Not a happy car owner.
