I went in for a Road Trip package where an oil change, oil chassis, rotate tires, and car inspection. They found that my tires lug nuts needed to be changed out. I was happy to hear they caught that concern. Didn't want to be on the road with a flat tire and unable to remove the tire. Joe in Service was very knowledgable about my Ford Escape. He definitely has been very professional. I feel much safer now driving my car to San Diego, California.

We had an excellent experience at Surprise Ford. Dan was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. We only looked at the one vehicle (2018 F 150 XLT) and bought it. It was the perfect match for us. Terry Miller
