Horrible experience..HORRIBLE! no communication. 8hours for an oil change (with an appt) and to get info on a part that needed replacement. never called to let me know what was going on.. called twice left vm at 7 hours. was told Id get a call back.. 1.5 hours later no call.. still had to call a 3rd time to talk to someone because noone called me back and im glad i did. i was told they wouldnt get an answer about my part until after the weekend.. so basically if i wouldnt have called my car would have just sat at the dealer ... read more

All was great except my vehicle was not washed. All my vehicles since 1978 have been washed without me telling I want it
Wokl was done. It took a month for an engine.replacement after failing the recall on the valves. The worst part was the lack of communication qith the service advisor. I had to constantly call for status updates. Thy should've called after every event, failing the test, ordering an engine, receiving the engine, waiting on gaskets, and install finished, which was the only call I received
My AC is still not working right.
I took my Mustang Mach 1 to the dealer for the installation of PPF provided at the purchase time of the car. I drove to the dealer with the car spotless. When I picked up the car was so dirty, and they installed the PPF, and they only cleaned the areas of the installation. the person in charge of taking care didn't care to deliver my car all dirty, he told me to bring her in 2 weeks!!!!!
Always wanting you to do a number of expensive things with your car. Most of which aren't necessary.
I didn't get any type of service they didn't repair anything at Surprise Ford on my vehicle.
2017 F150 Brake Failure, there is a recall. Still waiting for my refund. My recall letter said, "Do not drive vehicle" (Really) Master brake failure! 23k miles. The service was fine, still no refund!

I don't like being pushed Services. That aren't due yet. I like a Service Advisor that knows my cars' Service History. Mine did not. A thousand dolarrs to replace a back up csmera??? Yea sure....Over $200 to diagnose? When I told them it's the camera?? And not even a car wash???
