I could eat on the clean floor where the cars go in and the service staff is very polite and the car is washed the service is good have nothing to complain about and Dave Greathouse takes time to explain everything that has been done to the Ford Edge.......I would recommend your service dept.

Dave Greathouse was fabulous. When I left the car for service, the cars were lined up four deep in each service lane. They were swamped because an employee hadn't shown up yet. Dave still treated me with kindness and respect. After service was complete, I arrived to pick up my car. I wished to use my Ford Pass credits to pay for the service bill. There was a glitch and we couldn't pull up my credits. Dave very patiently, tried several things. Ended up calling Ford for us. All taken care of.
