It took approximately two hours to install new tires with an appointment. From previous experience with changing out tires this was a very long time. Also, the installer left the blue die on the tires instead of at least washing the die off.

I had to wait in my car at least ten minutes upon arrival before I was assisted.

I dropped off my SUV on Jan 16th and didn't get it back until Feb 28th. During that time, there was complete lack of communication. There were promised callbacks to receive updates and my rep, Zach at Surprise Ford in AZ, did not call back. I had to contact my extended warranty company to find out if the repairs submitted were approved. Well they had been approved 2 days prior. Very rude service tech claims had no complimentary oil changes had to get a manager to figure it out would not recommend

They gave me a price then charged me much more. Didn't call to tell me there was a price change or anything. Then they now charge 3% for using your credit card. This isn't the first time I've had a less than satisfactory experience at this dealership. It's the closest one to my house so I figured I would give them another chance but it was definitely a mistake. I will not be going back.

My mother in law thought it would be nice to take my car in to get the rear camera checked. They couldn't get to it right away so they offered a rental that she had to pay daily for. They finally got to it and recommended all these regular maintenance things to her that I know for a fact had already been done to my car and charged her an extra day of a car rental! Talk about taking advantage of your customer/elderly. I will definitely not being going back to them for service
