It shouldn't take 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, especially when having an appointment time made in advanced. My vehicle wasn't even washed when I got it back. I had an appointment for 8:30, was checked in at 8:12, but didn't get my truck back for nearly 3 hours. Also I called ahead and asked about the cost of having a 12 volt and usb plugs put in the existing outlets in the Lariat BED and wasn't able to get that information.

I made an appointment to see a car the next day however, when I arrived the dealership had raised the base price $100 more than the price online as well as added additional costs for a Lojack and paint protection they stated could not be undone. The car was now $2500 more than the price online. They also snuck a $2000 service contract in by manipulating the conversation into "payments" and not price. I emailed the GM about this and received no response. Deceit must be their normal practice!

My service rep horrible, car sat there 3 days no work done to it. Very poor service. Had to drive there to get a few things done to it. Picked up car monday with check engine light still on. Called, nobody cared no follow up no we apologize

my repairs for "check engine" light, and "passenger airbag" light has cost me $10k - more than the car is worth. Guess I'm stuck with it for a while, now. The check engine light prevented me from passing the "emissions" test.

The manner in which this dealership processed the recall for my 2017 Ford Fusion was incompetent. The time it took Ford to get the necessary parts to the dealership, supply chain issue supposedly, was not the dealership's issue but the incompetent recall process certainly was.
