Horrible! Had an appointment at 7am for an oil change, by 9am they had not even touched my car. Waited 2 hours for nothing. Left a message for manager, he never returned my call.

They had my vehicle for five days and never got to it, and left me stranded without a car. I won't go back.

A2 to 3 hour service for oil change and cooling system power flush took over 4 hours. Drain plug on oil pan was damaged on earlier service from use of a power tool but was not replaced.

After having the vehicle for 2 and 1/2 weeks, they replaced 1 of the 2 front Axle seals, ( who does 1 when you have to remove both to replace one..... Change both, WOW!!! Drove it 55 miles and the other side is leaking like a sieve, so now they have it back. What a joke

Cordial service writer and the good news ends there. Proposed a $700 solution to a problem they caused that I fixed with a zip tie as recommended by my regular mechanic. But for the recall on another matter I would not have taken the truck to them at all.

Always make an appointment, never on time . Three hours for a simple oil change .

Appointment was set weeks prior for 8:30am, vehicle was not taken back until almost 11am. A quick oil change takes a half day off work to get completed. Service department needs to improve their efficiency. I also needed additional work done or parts reviewed and they were not able to do that - and want to keep my vehicle for days to do a quick hour inspection. Something has to change.
